Welcome to the Boston Mod-

This is my first attempt and creation of a Boston Mod for the Emergency 4 game. I have attempted this all by self-teaching and pain staking fails and successes. A lot of what I have done is just re-skinning and mod mashing.  The only true work that I can take credit for is the graphics and models. All other work should go to its creators and a big thanks to Dyson and the Manhattan team.
